Kheer is liked by most people. But our mind often gets bored by eating the same kind of kheer. In such a situation, if you are also fond of kheer, then this time you can eat delicious and nutritious fig kheer.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

a liter of milk

10-15 figs

8-10 almonds

5-6 Kharak

8-10 cashew nuts

8-10 soaked almonds

8-10 soaked pistachios

ΒΌ tsp saffron

one cup of condensed milk

4-5 green cardamom

two spoons of desi ghee

sugar to taste

process :

  • First of all, wash the figs and cut them into small pieces.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan and then put figs in it and roast them.
  • After this, pour milk into a utensil and soak roasted figs in it for 4 to 5 hours.
  • In the remaining ghee in the pan, put some kharak and soaked almonds and roast them on low flame for some time.
  • Now grind coarsely, almonds, small cardamom, and figs soaked in milk in the mixer.
  • After this, fry the remaining dry fruits in the remaining ghee in the pan and then add the remaining milk and cook till it starts boiling.
  • When the milk starts boiling, add ground fig paste to it and add condensed milk and let it cook on low flame.
  • After cooking for some time, add sugar to it and then mix saffron in some milk and add it to the kheer.
  • After cooking the kheer well for 4-5 minutes, take it off the gas and serve garnished with dry fruits.
