WhatsApp has rolled out a new interface design feature for its Android users. The company has now tried to give the contact menu found in iOS to Android.

WhatsApp is working on an app redesign

According to a report by WABetaInfo, a website that monitors every update of WhatsApp, WhatsApp has rolled out Android 2.23.10.6 update for beta users.

With this update, users can chat with the new interface. With the new update, users get a tweaked bottom navigation bar. It is believed that while redesigning the WhatsApp message menu, some new updates can also be released soon.

WABetaInfo has also shared a screenshot regarding the change in the message menu. At the new feature testing stage itself, later it can be rolled out for other users of WhatsApp as well.

How the new feature works
After selecting the message in WhatsApp, a new menu will appear. This menu looks similar to the Contacts menu offered to iPhone users. The feature is still a work in progress so it hasn't been rolled out to all beta users as well.

It is known that WhatsApp is working on improving the appearance of the app for its users. The new interface design has been brought only regarding the app's appearance.
