Chopped Paneer, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chili powder, dry parsley, oregano, black pepper, salt to taste, turmeric powder, baking soda, and breadcrumbs.

Step 1- To make Paneer Popcorn, first take out Paneer cubes in a deep vessel. Mix Kashmiri red chili powder, dry parsley, celery, black pepper powder, and salt in it.

Step 2- Now mix these spices well in Paneer so that the spices get coated in Paneer. Keep in mind that mix Paneer with light hands otherwise, Paneer can break.

Step 3- Then take out gram flour in another bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, and baking soda it and mix.

Step 4- Prepare a thick solution of gram flour by adding water. Mix gram flour well in water till it becomes smooth so that there are no lumps in it.

Step 5- Now dip the paneer cubes in the gram flour batter. The paneer should be completely covered with gram flour.
Step 6- Then place the coated paneer in breadcrumbs and fry till golden brown.
