Akshaya Tritiya is a festival of Hinduism in which any new work is started and on this day the worship of Lord Vishnu also has special significance. Akshaya Tritiya is celebrated every year on Tritiya Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Vaishakh month.
It is known by different names in different regions, one of which is Akha Teej. The meaning of the word 'Akshaya' is that which is never ending or which has no end. For these reasons, Akshaya Tritiya is also considered a festival of prosperity, blessings, happiness and success.
On this day, whoever does charity and worships Vishnu, all his wishes are fulfilled. On this day there is also a special ritual of worshipping the Tulsi plant along with Lord Vishnu. Offer basil in the temple

Tulsi is considered the beloved of Lord Vishnu and in the house where the Tulsi plant is planted, Goddess Lakshmi always resides in that house. The day of Akshaya Tritiya is considered to be the day of Vishnu ji, therefore only Vishnu is pleased by offering Tulsi.
Worship Tulsi

Offer Tulsi to Lord Vishnu as Prasad.
On the day of Akshaya Tritiya, if you offer milk and rice kheer as Prasad to Mata Lakshmi and curd charanamrit to Lord Vishnu, then it will be very auspicious for you. While offering prasad to Vishnu ji, add some basil leaves to it. It is believed that Prasad is acceptable to Lord Vishnu only when Tulsi leaves are added to it.
Plant basil plant at home
It is believed that every Hindu house must have a Tulsi plant. If you do not have this plant in your house, then definitely plant this plant in the house on the day of Akshaya Tritiya. With this, the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi will remain on you for the whole year.
You must also plant a Tulsi plant in a temple near your home. Planting Tulsi in the temple gives double the result of worship and along with Lord Vishnu, the grace of Mother Lakshmi also remains.
