Milk, which is considered a complete food in itself, provides important nutrients needed for bodily functions. Unfortunately, you are unknowingly consuming milk as well as water mixed in it. But you can easily find out how much water is there in the milk you are drinking. We are going to tell you about this.

So, how can you spot adulteration of water in milk? Here's a straightforward way:

1. Take a large, clean glass or plate.

2. Hold the glass or plate with one hand, leaving room to pour the milk.

3. Pour one to two milliliters of milk into a glass or plate.

4. Focus on milk:

• If the milk drips down slowly and leaves a white streak behind, it is likely to be pure.

• On the contrary, if the milk comes to the bottom quickly without leaving a white streak, then water has been added.

By following this simple test, you can save yourself from consuming adulterated milk and ensure that your body gets the essential nutrients it needs for optimum health.
