Step 1
Those who are eligible to get an Ayushman card can get it made and take the benefit
For this, first of all, you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra
Here you have to tell the concerned officer that you want to get an Ayushman card made
Step 2
After this, your eligibility is checked
Then your related documents are checked i.e. they are verified
Finally, after everything is found correct, your form is filled and application is made and then your Ayushman card is downloaded and given to you.
