Who are eligible:-

Know the application process:-
Step 1
If you are also eligible for Ayushman Yojana and want to join it, then you have to first go to your Jadiki Jan Seva Kendra.
Here you have to meet the concerned officer and give some of your documents like Aadhar card, residence certificate, ration card mobile number, etc.
Step 2
Your documents and your eligibility are then verified
Then when everything is found correct, an application for your Ayushman card is made and within a few days, you get the Ayushman card.
Benefits to be received:-
The benefit available under the Ayushman scheme is that the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals through his Ayushman card.
