Step 1

To get an Ayushman card made, eligible people first have to go to their nearest public service center.
You have to go here and meet the concerned officer
Tell them that you want to get Ayushman card made

Step 2
After this, the officer will ask you for the relevant documents.
You have to provide those documents
After this, your eligibility and documents will be checked
Then when everything is found correct, your Ayushman card is applied for.

These documents are required at the time of application
When you go to the public service center for an application, you need some documents. In these, the applicant's Aadhar card, ration card, residence certificate mobile number, etc. are necessary.

You get this benefit
After making the Ayushman card, you can go to the listed hospital and get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh. For this, you have to go to the Ayushman desk in the hospital, after which you can get this facility.
