Keeping in mind that the poor class and needy people can get free health facilities, and free treatment and there should be no problem with treatment even if the financial condition is not good, the Central Government started the Ayushman Bharat scheme. Under this scheme, Ayushman cards of eligible people are first made, after which the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh. The government bears its entire expense. In such a situation, if you are also eligible and are going to apply, then keep in mind that there are some documents that you need and if even one of these documents is less, then your application may get canceled. If you are going to apply, then you need these documents:-
If you are going to apply for making Ayushman card, then you need some documents. The first document in this is the Aadhar card of the applicant. If you have it, you can apply.

Apart from Aadhaar, you need a ration card, residence certificate, and an active mobile number. If for any reason even one of these documents is missing, your application may be canceled.

How to apply:-
Step 1

If you are eligible for the scheme and your documents are complete, then you have to visit your nearest Jan Seva Kendra.
You have to go here and meet the concerned officer

Step 2
Meet the concerned officer, who will take your documents from you and then check them
Your eligibility will also be checked
Then when everything is found fine, your application is made and your Ayushman card is made.
