Know the way to get Ayushman card made:-
Step 1
If you are eligible to get an Ayushman card made, then first of all you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra
After going here, you have to meet the concerned officer present here and give them your documents
Step 2
The relevant documents given by you are verified
The eligibility of the applicant is also checked here
Then when everything is found to be correct, your application is made.
You get these benefits
When your Ayushman card is made, then you can get free treatment through this card. You have to take this card to the listed hospital and then you can get free treatment up to five lakh rupees, the entire cost of which is borne by the government.
