Under the Ayushman scheme, Ayushman cards are made for eligible people, after which the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals.

At the same time, if we talk about eligibility, then under the scheme, landless people, if there is a disabled member in the family, if you live in a rural area, if you come from a Scheduled Caste or Tribe if you have a kutcha house. If you are a daily wage laborer, destitute, tribal or transgender, etc. then you are eligible for the scheme.

Step 1

If you are eligible for an Ayushman Card, you can go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra.
Here you have to meet the concerned officer and submit your documents, such as an Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Residence Certificate, and mobile number.

Step 2
After this, your documents and your eligibility will be checked
Then when everything is found fine during verification, your application is submitted.
