Under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, Ayushman cards are made and then the benefit of free treatment is given. This scheme is run by the Central Government and hence this scheme was started, so that people who are financially weak or those who are living below the poverty line can be given the benefit of free treatment.
The beneficiaries of the scheme get these benefits
If you are eligible for the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, then you can get an Ayushman card. After this, you can get your free treatment in those hospitals which are registered in this scheme. For this, the beneficiaries are given a limit of Rs 5 lakh every year, that is, you can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh every year.
Ayushman cards cannot be made for these people.

If your PF is deducted then you are not considered eligible for this scheme.
If you are already a beneficiary of ESIC, then also you cannot get the benefit of the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
People who work in the organized sector or those who pay tax are also considered ineligible
If you are financially well off or you are a government employee, then even such people cannot get Ayushman card and they are considered ineligible to get the benefit of free treatment.
