Method of making Ayushman card:-
Step 1
If you are eligible, you can get an Ayushman card.
For this, you have to go to your nearest public service center.
Meet the concerned officer here and give him your documents.
Step 2
After this your documents are verified and eligibility is also checked.
Then when everything is found correct, your form is filled, after which the application process is completed and your application is submitted.
