Many essential ingredients are required to make Aam ki Kheer. This dish is going to prove to be very good for you in the summertime. The things you need to make Mango Kheer are the following-

Two cups mango pulp, one-liter full-fat milk, one tablespoon ghee, half teaspoon cardamom powder, five to six teaspoons sugar, one tablespoon chopped almonds, one tablespoon raisins, one tablespoon cashews, one tablespoon figs, one tablespoon walnuts, and saffron.

How to make Mango Kheer

First, peel the mango and mash it after taking out the pulp. Now put milk in the pan and heat it. After this add 2 spoons of milk and saffron in a cup and mix it. Now add ghee to the pan and roast the dry fruits, keep stirring till the milk reduces to half. Later add sugar in low flame and make a mixture of it.

Now add mango puree to the milk and mix. Cook till it thickens. Add saffron, dry fruits, and cardamom powder. Cook on low heat for two to three minutes. In this way, your tasty mango kheer will be ready. Keep in the fridge to chill for 1 hour and then enjoy.
