Exercise 1
- First of all, sit on the bed.
- Sit cross-legged.
- Keep both legs slightly away from each other in this position.
- Place the pillow in front of you in a vertical position.
- Lean towards the pillow, keeping both hands in front.
- Then come back to the old position.
- Do this 5-7 times.
What will be the benefits?
- This strengthens the spinal cord.
- The stomach muscles get relaxed.
Exercise 2
- Sit on the bed.
- Spread the legs forward.
- Place your hands on your knees.
- Now slowly bend your soles to the side.
- Then come back to the old position.
- Do this 5-7 times.

- This will reduce belly fat.
- The flexibility of the neck, shoulders and back will increase.
- Emotional balance increases.
