Rajasthan Royals veteran spinner Yuzvendra Chahal created history in the IPL. Chahal became the highest wicket-taker in IPL history.

Chahal set a record by taking four wickets against Kolkata Knight Riders. Chahal left behind Dwayne Bravo in terms of most wickets in the IPL. Former Chennai Super Kings all-rounder Dwayne Bravo took 183 wickets in 161 matches. Yuzvendra Chahal took the record after playing 18 matches less than him.

Yuzvendra Chahal now has 187 wickets in 143 matches. Piyush Chawla is in third place in terms of taking the most wickets, he has 174 wickets. Amit Mishra is in the fourth position in this matter, he has taken 172 wickets. Ravichandran Ashwin is at number five, he has taken 171 wickets.
