Today is the 75th birthday of Bollywood's famous artist Farooq Sheikh.
Farooq is such an artist of Hindi cinema who has left an indelible mark.
Farooq liked to wear Chikan's white kurta, white kurta had become his identity somewhere.
The actor always used to buy chikan kurtas from Lucknow-based Sewa NGO, which is run by Padma Shri Runa Banerjee.
Runa Banerjee had told that every kurta of hers was custom-made, which cost between 2500 to 3000.
But every time he left after paying 500 rupees more, he used to say that it is for the artisans who make the kurta.
