The video shows Vivek's speech to his crew when the entire unit was battered by the freezing cold of Kashmir. After this, Vivek Agnihotri gave a speech, which again gave a new spirit to everyone and according to Vivek Agnihotri, after this the performance of the crew had improved up to 200 times.

The unit was battered about the cold
Sharing this video, Vivek Agnihotri wrote, 'On the third day of the shooting of TheKashmirFiles, the unit started piling up in the freezing cold. I spoke to the unit for 2 minutes and explained what our purpose was to make this film, and then after that everyone's capacity went up to 200 percent. Huge applause for this young unit and the sacrificing done by them.'
Vivek reminded the suffering of the people
Vivek Agnihotri told his unit, 'Everyone is working very hard, and there are so many problems in people's lives. Those who left Kashmir... are you watching if a film is being made here. Now think about the problem of his life. It would have been even colder on 19th January… in Kashmir. Temperature must have been - 10 or - 15 degrees. All of them were driven away at 2 o'clock in the night at 3 o'clock.'
Shooting used to take a bath with cold water
Vivek Agnihotri said, 'Everyone came out in the night with their children barefoot in such a cold. How big would their problem have been? Then it just disappeared from my mind. I am not feeling cold. Raju is behind that sir, wear this, wear that. I have come after taking a cold water bath. So I am just telling you that this whole world is a game, isn't it just a game of attitude.

Vivek Agnihotri told his crew that good films are made with good attitude and bad films are made with bad attitude. Vivek Agnihotri told his crew that this film is not mine, Uday's, Mithun Da's or anyone else's film. This is our film. Now forget that there is such a thing as cold, we have come to heaven and this is mind blowing work. We are doing the biggest social service work of our life.
