200 grams mushroom

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp fresh cream

1 onion finely chopped

3-4 garlic cloves

1/4 tsp black pepper crushed 1 tbsp

cornflour

1 lemon

2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

How to make Mushroom Soup?

To make mushroom soup, you must first wash the mushrooms.

Then wipe it thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.

After this, peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely.

Then put butter in a pan and keep it for heating.

After this, add finely chopped onion and garlic to it and fry till it becomes golden.

Then add chopped mushrooms to it and mix.

After this add black pepper and salt as per taste and mix.

Then cook the mushrooms while stirring for about 2-3 minutes till the water dries up.

After this, when the mushrooms get cooked and become soft, then turn off the gas and keep it cool down.

Then you put about 2 cups of water in it and boil it well.
