It has been heard and read for a long time that if boiled for a long time, the body suffers damage. In particular, it damages the liver. To put an end to all such speculation, the Ministry of AYUSH has made it clear that consuming boiled water does not harm the body. According to the information given by the ministry, drinking boiled water makes the body healthy and shapely. It can be consumed for life. If a person is suffering from liver damage or is suffering from liver problems, it depends on the number of ingredients used to prepare the decoction. The Ministry of AYUSH has suggested drinking boiled milk, turmeric milk, basil tea, ginger, honey, cloves, black pepper, and cinnamon to prevent the spread of coronavirus. According to Ayurveda, all these spices work as Ayurvedic herbs and have the ability to keep the body healthy for life. All these herbs are priceless heritage given by nature for a healthy body.
Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH, clarified in a press conference on Tuesday 6 October that there is no evidence of any damage to the liver due to the intake of boiled water. Dr. Rajesh Kotecha further stated that the Ministry of AYUSH had advised preparing the decoction using basil, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, and raisins.
Also, it is advised to take boiled tea twice a day so that the body remains healthy and the coronavirus cannot catch you. If a person consumes decoction keeping this method in mind, he may not have any liver problem. Because they are all-natural herbs and in Indian society, all these spices are used regularly while cooking. This has been going on for centuries. Kotecha further states that research work is going on to find out the actual effect of boiling on covid-19.
The Ministry of AYUSH says that all the spices and herbs used to make the decoction help in strengthening your body as well as keeping the respiratory tract infection-free. Let me tell you that corona's first attack is on a person's respiratory system. For this, the corona directly attacks the lungs. The lungs are the powerhouse of the human respiratory system. If this infection occurs, the patient's condition worsens due to respiratory problems.
