When does Pashupatinath temple open
Pashupatinath Jyotirlinga Temple opens daily from 4 am to 9 pm. The doors of the temple are closed at noon and five in the evening. The best time to visit is early morning or late evening. It takes one to one and a half hours to visit the entire temple complex.
The temple is situated on the banks of the river Bagmati in Devpatan village. There is also a five-faced idol of Lord Shiva here. How to reach Pashupatinath Temple in Nepal
Pashupatinath Jyotirlinga is located in Kathmandu, Nepal. Train, flight, and bus services are available from Delhi to reach Nepal. Travel by train to travel on a budget, as train fares are cheaper than flights and buses. Many trains run from Delhi as Satyagraha Express goes to Raxaul. The fare for the sleeper coach of this train is around Rs 500. This train leaves from Anand Vihar at 5 pm.
From Raxaul railway station, auto rickshaws take you to the Nepal border for Rs 20-30. Here you can exchange Indian Rupees for Nepalese currency. From the Nepal border, you will get a bus or taxi to Kathmandu. Apart from this, go by train to Gorakhpur, further, you can travel by bus to Sanoli, which will take you to the Nepal border, and then from here you will get a bus to Kathmandu.
If you are going by flight then there is a direct flight from Delhi to Kathmandu. The city is just 5 kilometers away from the Tribhuvan International Airport of Kathmandu.
