Copra patties
If you like potato tikkis, then you will find these copra patties very interesting. In general, for aloo tikki, spices are added to the mixture of boiled potatoes and bread and they are given a round and flat shape and baked in ghee or oil. Khopra patties are filled with a mixture of grated fresh coconut and dry fruits inside these balls, then they are fried in oil/ghee. Their outer layer remains crispy and it remains moist from the inside. It is served hot with tangy-sweet chutney. This substance is also made suitable for fasting. Standing in front of the shop, eating the crispy patties and chutney that comes out of the hot oil is very satisfying and enjoyable. Corn Cheese
It can be enjoyed as an evening snack during the rainy season. Bhutta means corn, and kees means grated. It is traditionally made by grating corn kernels from the cob stalk, roasting it in ghee with mild spices, and then boiling it in milk to bring it to a creamy consistency. Jaleba
As the name suggests, it is an enhanced version of the Indian Jalebi. This is a very popular sweet in Indore. The weight of one jaleba is about 700 grams! This extra-large form of jalebi is flavored with saffron and is served with rabdi in Indore. The combination of crispy hot jaleba with cold rabri is one of the most favorite street food of Indore.

Royal shikanji
This is one drink that you would have never tried before coming to Indore. Shahi Shikanji of Indore is a very tasty combination of milk and dry fruits. Indore's Shikanji is a complete meal in itself. A fine mixture is made by adding dry fruits, saffron, and cardamom to milk and is served cold by adding cream on top. It is also available in different flavors.
