There is a temple of Lord Shani Dev, the son of the Sun, at a place named Kosikala, 128 km from Delhi in the Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh. Nandgaon, Barsana, and Shri Bankebihari Temple are situated in its vicinity. All the wishes of a person are fulfilled by doing parikrama of this place. It is believed that Lord Krishna himself had appeared before Shanidev here and had given a boon that Shani would never harm the person who does parikrama of this forest with full faith and devotion.

Shingnapur Temple
This temple of Shani Dev is in Shingnapur village of Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra and it is a very famous temple.
