Ima datshi

Made from potatoes, green beans, mushrooms, and lots of butter, ima datshi is made even tastier by the local cheese which is commonly called datshi here. Datashi means cheese in their native language. The best part is that you can have it during breakfast, lunch, or even dinner. It is a stew made of chili and paneer. Thukpa

Zuma

Suja Tea

Gondo datshi
