Every year people wait for Ganesh Utsav throughout the year. This festival starts from Chaturthi of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month and lasts for 10 days. On the first day of the festival, people establish Lord Ganesha in their homes and on the last day the idols of Lord Ganesha are immersed.

This temple of Bappa is located in Connaught Place i.e. CP, which is called the heart of Delhi. A grand idol of Lord Ganesha is installed in the center of this famous temple. Special puja and celebrations are organized here for ten days from Ganesh Chaturthi to Anant Chaturdashi.

Shri Siddhivinayak Ganesh Temple, R.K. Puram

Shri Siddhivinayak Temple located in R.K. Puram is a major Ganpati temple in Delhi. This temple is built on the lines of Siddhivinayak Temple of Mumbai and is very popular among Ganesh devotees in Delhi. There is a crowd of devotees here every Tuesday and Ganesh Chaturthi.
