It is situated 400 kilometers southeast of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. This city is famous as the in-laws' place of Lord Rama. Mother Sita spent her childhood in this city. It is said that she was also married here. People often visit this temple on the occasion of Vivah Panchami. It is said that Lord Rama broke the Shiva bow at this place. A piece of stone present here is said to be the remains of that bow. A marriage pavilion named Dhanusha is located here, in which the marriage of Ram-Janaki is performed with full rituals on the day of Vivah Panchami.

Muktinath Temple
Muktinath Temple, one of the most famous temples of Nepal, has become a center of faith for the people of the Vaishnav sect, in which Lord Shaligram is worshipped. Pashupatinath Temple is spread over a large area with ashrams which makes the tourists and pilgrims coming here experience a different peace. In the year 1979, Pashupatinath Temple was included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is said about this temple that the Jyotirlinga installed in this temple is the head of the body which is made up of twelve Jyotirlingas of India. A severe earthquake struck Nepal in the year 2015, due to which some of the outer buildings of this temple were destroyed but the sanctum sanctorum of this temple is still safe.

Mankamna Temple

Mankamna Mata Temple is located about 105 km from Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. There is a story behind this temple that years ago a farmer accidentally hit a stone and suddenly blood and milk started coming out of that stone. That is why people built a temple of Mata here. People here consider the stone to be the incarnation of the goddess. People say that the wish made here with true devotion is fulfilled. There is a huge crowd of devotees in this temple during Dussehra Puja. There is also a tradition of offering sacrifices here during Ashtami Puja.

Swayambhunath Stupa

Swayambhunath is an ancient Buddhist stupa located on a hill to the west of Kathmandu city. Swayambhunath has a central place in the daily life of Newari people who follow Buddhism. This place is the most sacred Buddhist site for them. Tibetan people and Tibetan Buddhists visit this place here. For the followers of Buddhism, it is the second most important place after Boudhanath. Included in the World Heritage, Swayambhu is one of the most magnificent Buddhist sites in the world. It is linked to the formation of Kathmandu Valley. Swayambhu is located 3 km west of Kathmandu at a height of 77 m from the valley. The eyes around it are believed to be of Gautam Buddha who are looking in all four directions.

Changunarayan Temple
This temple located in Changu village of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, was built in 325 AD. Built during the fourth century, this temple is known as the oldest temple of Lord Vishnu. The architecture of this temple is based on the Nepalese style. Due to its historical importance and grand style, this temple has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Rudraksha trees are also planted inside this temple.

Mahadev Shaktipeeth
This Shaktipeeth is believed to be in 3 places. First Ugratara Temple, Saharsa Bihar, second Jayamangala Devi Temple Samastipur, Bihar and third Vandurga Temple Janakpur Nepal. Out of these Nepal is more revered. Mother's left shoulder fell in Mithila near Janakpur railway station on the India-Nepal border. Its power is Uma and Bhairav ​​is called Mahodar. Vandurga Temple is located in a place called Uchaith in the north-west of Madhubani, 15 km east of Janakpur in Nepal, this is the main Shaktipeeth.

Budhanilkanth Temple

Situated in the foothills of a hill called Shivpuri in Nepal, this temple is located at a distance of just 9 km from Kathmandu city. This temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. People say that this temple was established for the royal family here. The mythological belief about this temple is that Lord Vishnu fulfills every wish of the devotees who visit this temple and have darshan of Lord Vishnu.
