How many holidays are there in the year 2025
India is getting 17 Gazetted Holidays in the year 2025. At the same time, 34 restricted holidays will be given. There are a total of 52 Sundays this year. Also, 26 Saturday holidays will be available as second and fourth Saturdays. A general government employee will get about 98-100 holidays in 2025 (including gazetted, Sunday, and Saturday). This number can increase to 105-110 for bank employees.

According to the calendar released by Uttar Pradesh, there are 24 public holidays and 31 restricted holidays in the next year i.e. in the year 2025. At the same time, according to the academic holiday calendar of Bihar 2025, there are 72 holidays next year. Schools will remain closed in Bihar during holidays.
When are the maximum holidays from January to December?

How many long weekends in the year 2025
You are getting four days to go on a trip in January. 11 and 12 January are Saturday and Sunday holidays. If you take leave on 13 January, you will get the Makar Sankranti holiday on the 14th. In such a situation, you can travel from 11 to 14 January.
