Offline booking
If you have not been able to book tickets online, then on reaching Katra, you can get a travel permit from the Yatra Parchi counter. For this, you have to go to the Shrine Board counter located near the main bus stand or railway station of Katra. During Navratri, the facility of live darshan is also available on the Shrine Board website, so that devotees who cannot go on the yatra can have darshan of Mata online.

Food and accommodation arrangements
The Shrine Board also provides food and accommodation facilities for the devotees. You can stay in the guest house or dharamshalas of the Shrine Board during the yatra, which can also be booked online. Apart from this, there are many hotels and homestays in Katra, where you can easily get a room for Rs 500.
