India is a huge country where the distance between two cities of the country reaches several thousand kilometers and the journey by road takes several hours. For convenience, people like to travel by train, but sometimes one has to travel for two days. In such a situation, it is better to travel by air, which converts the journey of several hours into minutes. There must be many people in the world who have not traveled by flight yet. In such a situation, let us tell you that just as there are different types of coaches during train travel, similarly there are different classes in flights, in which people travel according to their convenience and money. There are economy class, business class, and first-class seats on the flight. We are going to give you information about their features here.
First class flight
First class comes at the top of the flight, which is usually prepared for film stars, celebrities, and businessmen. This class is very expensive compared to economy and business class. But the facilities available in it are equally special. Apart from privacy, there is also a separate menu card for food items in this class. The food served in first class in flight is no less than that of a 5-star hotel, because it is prepared by 5-star chefs only.
The First Class cabin is at the forefront of every airplane, in which you can relax freely with more space. With this, you can sleep almost as bent as the bed. Unlike the economy, there is no one sitting next to you and you can travel comfortably. Also, its seat goes down up to 91 percent and it becomes like a bed and you get complete personal space.
Business class flight
Now let us tell you about business class, whose fare is much higher than economy class and slightly less than first class. But as per the fare, so are the facilities. Just as the seats of economy class are like those of an ordinary bus, the same is not the case in business class. The seats are very wide and have recliners, due to which you do not feel tired and you can go comfortably. Not only inside the flight but also at the airport, a good facility is provided to the people traveling in business class. Let us tell you, that there is a separate check-in area for people in this class, and a special lounge is also made available for them. Food, drinks, newspapers, and internet facilities are provided in this lounge. Another special thing about business class is that the people traveling in it are the first to deboard and they are also given priority in the custom line.
Most Bollywood actors and actresses as well as businessmen, politicians, and other celebrities travel in business class. It is said that most of the people who travel in this class are those who have a decent amount of money.
Economy class flight
You all know that most of the people in our country are from the middle class, hence whenever people travel by air, they prefer economy class only. Let us tell you, economy class fare is very low. In this, the facilities provided are less than business class and first class. The fare for this class is the same as the facilities associated with it. In this class, the passenger is given a small video screen in front of the seat, in which you can watch the song and movie of your choice. Along with this, other things like headphones, magazines, pillows, food, and some drinks in limited quantity are made available to the passenger.
What charges are levied on flight tickets?
If you travel by flight then obviously you book tickets for it. That means you pay one amount as rent. But have you ever noticed what charges are included in the ticket you have taken? Let us tell you that there is a base fare, and apart from this many types of charges are also included. Then you pay a fixed amount to the airline company.
Domestic air tickets (economy class) include Airfare Charges, Airline Fuel charges, Aviation Security Fees, CUTE charges, Passenger Service Fees, RCS Fees, Seat Fees, and GST. However, seat fees depend on seat selection and the policy of the individual airline company. Seat fee has to be paid at the time of web check-in. GST is 5 percent in economy class and 12 percent GST is to be paid in business class.
