Economy class flight
You all know that most of the people in our country are from the middle class, hence whenever people travel by air, they prefer economy class only. Let us tell you, economy class fare is very low. In this, the facilities provided are less than business class and first class. The fare for this class is the same as the facilities associated with it. In this class, the passenger is given a small video screen in front of the seat, in which you can watch the song and movie of your choice. Along with this, other things like head phones, magazines, pillows, food, and some drinks in limited quantities are made available to the passenger.
What charges are levied on flight tickets?
If you travel by flight then obviously you book tickets for it. That means you pay one amount as rent. But have you ever noticed what charges are included in the ticket you have taken? Domestic air ticket (economy class) includes Airfare Charge, Airline Fuel Charge, Aviation Security Fee, CUTE Charge, Passenger Service Fee, RCS Fee, Seat Fee and GST. However, seat fees depend on seat selection and the policy of the individual airline company. Seat fee has to be paid at the time of web check-in. GST is 5 percent in economy class and 12 percent GST is to be paid in business class.
