Keep in mind

Entry to Lakshadweep is restricted and requires a permit issued by the Lakshadweep Administration based in Kochi. To obtain the permit, you must first download a clearance certificate and get it cleared from your local police station. Along with this, you will also have to submit identity card and three passport size photographs. After the clearance certificate, you will have to download the entry permit or collect it in person from the Lakshadweep Administration Office located at Willingdon Island, Kochi. On reaching Lakshadweep, you will have to submit this entry permit to the Station House Officer of Lakshadweep.
