Chandrampalli Dam
If you are going to visit Gulbarga, then you must visit Chandrampalli Dam. This dam is surrounded by Chincholi forest, where you will see greenery all around. This place is great for those who want peace and relaxation.
You can come to this place for a picnic. This place is about two and a half hours away from Gulbarga. Here you can go for trekking. Here from the mountain, you can see Chandrampalli village and the view of the dam on the other side will fascinate you.
Kalaburagi Fort
Spread over an area of 20 acres, Kalaburagi Fort is truly a wonderful discovery. A 30 feet deep moat has been made between the walls of this fort. It is believed that the king built it for protection from enemies.
A total of 26 cannons are also kept in the fort, which people come from far and wide to see. There is a mosque near Gulbarga Fort, which is a great place to take photos. The fort closes at 5:30 pm, so make sure you reach on time.
Malakheda Fort- Apart from Kalaburagi Fort in Gulbarga, Malakheda Fort is also famous. It is located at a distance of about 40 km from Gulbarga. Earlier this fort was known as Manyakhet. There are total 4 entrance gates in this fort.
ChorGumbaz- This fort is situated on a hill, the most special thing about this fort is that inside here you can hear seven echoes when spoken simultaneously.
Dargah of KhwajaBande Nawaz
This Dargah is built in the memory of HazratRuknuddin and his Brahmin friend. This place is a true symbol of friendship, as it proves that friendship knows no boundaries or religion.
