Eklingji Temple, Udaipur

This temple is not only in Udaipur but also one of the major religious places of Rajasthan. It also has its own historical importance. The temple was built in 734 AD and has 108 temples in its complex. One of the primary temples, it houses the four-faced image of Lord Shiva. You will find a crowd in this temple, especially on Monday. The architecture of this temple is also excellent. The main temple has a huge pillared hall and a heavy pyramidal roof. This temple was established by BappaRawal. As you enter the temple, you will see a beautiful silver image of Nandi. There are also two statues of Nandi which are made of black stone and brass. The four images of Shiva in the temple represent four different forms.

Karni Mata Temple, Deshnoke

If you go to Rajasthan and do not visit Karni Mata Temple then your trip cannot be complete. This temple is located in Deshnoke, about 30 km from Bikaner. The unique thing about this temple is that about 20,000 rats live and are worshipped in this temple. According to legends, this temple was built in the 1400s. The goddess worshipped here is also an incarnation of Goddess Durga. Some of the festivals celebrated here include Karni Mata Mela, Chaitra and Ashwin Shukla Dashami. MehandipurBalaji Temple, Karauli

SalasarBalaji Temple

SalasarBalaji Temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. It is situated in Salasar in the Churu district of Rajasthan. This temple is very famous and a large number of devotees come here every day. This ancient temple was built in 1754 AD and houses an idol of Lord Balaji, an incarnation of Lord Hanuman.
