If you like a quiet place, you can explore Osman Sagar Lake. You will get to see a lot here, you can also plan a family picnic here. Located just 22 km from Hyderabad, this lake is spread over 46 square km and is named after the Nizam of Hyderabad.

It is one of the best places to visit near Hyderabad. The lakes are surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. Best suited for family picnics and strolls. Sitting here and watching the sunset has its pleasure.

NTR Garden

You can plan to visit Hyderabad's famous NTR garden during winter. This is the most beautiful garden in Hyderabad, which is spread over approximately 36 acres of land. It is said that this garden was built in the memory of former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh NT Rama Rao.

According to the Times report, approximately Rs 40 crores were spent in building this fort. It is said that this garden has facilities like shopping spots, a Japanese garden, a restaurant and fruits and vegetables etc. There is so much collection of trees and plants here that your mind will become calm.

Golconda Fort

This fort is located near Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana. The fort dates back to 1143 when it was built by the Qutb Shahi dynasty. The name of the historical Golconda Fort is derived from the Telugu word 'Golla Konda'. It is derived from the meaning shepherd.

Initially, it was a mud fort but was later converted into granite during the Qutb Shahi dynasty. It is more fun here in winter than in summer, so if you want to visit this fort, then go to Telangana and then from there go to Golconda Fort. Take a taxi too.

Apart from this, if you want any other option to see the view of the mountains, then you can see the view of Lonavala in Maharashtra and Darjeeling in West Bengal.
