In Punjabi, Wasim Akram explained that due to the noise and commotion in the stadium, the captain usually does not see during the toss whether the coin is showing "heads" or "tails". Akram said that this did not happen. After this Misbah told Akram that usually if the coin is bigger then the one who is on top will come. On this, Akram gave such a reaction that the viewers started laughing. Hearing Misbah's words, other people sitting in the studio also started laughing.
Pakistan suffered a decisive defeat during the match against India at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Pakistan's batting performance faltered after a brilliant start under the leadership of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan.
