The condition of Sourav Ganguly, president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and former Indian captain, remains 'stable'. Oxygen level remains at 99 percent.

"Last night he slept well and had breakfast and lunch today," he said. Ganguly was given 'monoclonal antibody cocktail therapy' on Monday night. Ganguly has taken both doses of Corona's vaccine. Doctors at the hospital informed NDTV that Ganguly's sample is being tested for the Omicron variant. They were traveling extensively, participating in all professional activities.

According to the statement, "the medical board is keeping a close watch on his health." Ganguly has been admitted to the hospital twice earlier this year as well and had undergone angioplasty. In the same year, his elder brother Snehasish Ganguly was also found to be Covid-19 positive.

The statement said, "Dr. A medical board comprising Dr. Saroj Mandal, Dr. Saptarshi Basu and Dr. Sautik Panda in consultation with Devi Shetty and Dr. Aftab Khan is keeping a close watch on his health condition.”
