Yogesh Kathuniya to PM Modi: Indian para-athletes who performed brilliantly at the Paris Paralympics shared their experiences of meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the Indian contingent of Paris Paralympics at his residence. Union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Raksha Khadse and President of the Indian Paralympic Committee Devendra Jhajharia were also present during the meeting. Indian Judo player Kapil Parmar, who created history by becoming the first Indian to win a Paralympic medal by winning a bronze medal in Judo in Paris, said that he presented a black belt to PM Modi.

Yogesh Kathuniya, who won the silver medal in the men's discus throw F56 final, described Prime Minister Modi as his friend who always supports him. During a conversation with PM Modi, Yogesh said that for people PM means Prime Minister, but for me it means 'Param Mitra'. You are like a friend to us who always supports us."

Everyone enjoyed the conversation with PM Modi. Ajeet Singh Yadav, who won the silver medal in the men's javelin throw F46 category, said that Prime Minister Modi gave him an autograph. Ajeet said, "I am very happy to win the silver medal. This was a special occasion for me. Ajeet Singh also got an autograph from Prime Minister Modi."
