Franchise allocation: Each franchise will allocate a total of Rs 12.60 crore for match fees throughout the season.

Benefits for uncapped players: If an uncapped player is sold at a base price of Rs 20 lakh and plays every match, he can get a total of Rs 1.05 crore.

Notable players: Players like Rinku Singh, who currently earns Rs 50 lakh for an entire IPL season, will also get a lot of financial benefits from these match fees.
