The final of the World Test Championship between India and Australia will be played at The Oval in England from June 7. Australian all-rounder Cameron Green is ready to do wonders in this match. He played for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2023 under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma. He says that during this time he learned a lot from the Indian captain and will use it in the final of the World Test Championship against India.

In this season's IPL, Green scored 452 runs and also took six wickets. With this, he proved why he is among the most expensive players in the league. Green scored a 47-ball century in Mumbai's last league match and took his team to the playoffs. He also shared a 128-run partnership with Rohit Sharma. Mumbai may have lost in the second qualifier and failed to make it to the final, but the Greens are eyeing a match-winning performance in the final of the Test Championship.

Here's what Green has learned from the India skipper throughout the IPL. He will use it against India. Regarding Rohit's captaincy, he said that the calmness he has shown on the field is amazing. Rohit has been captaining for almost 10 years. It was a great experience for Green to play with him and talk about the conditions.

Green said of his game in Mumbai "My role was to be aggressive and then he clearly showed the ways to do that, be it attacking the spin, attacking the fast bowlers, or picking his bowlers in a way Are."

Green has been in excellent form in recent times, including a five-wicket haul in the Boxing Day Test. Apart from this, he has left his mark with the bat through the first Test century. Green scored his first century in his 20th Test. The Aussies failed to chase down a big target in Ahmedabad, but Green did well. In the end, the Australian team lost the series 2–1.

The 24-year-old Green played in the last two Tests of the four in that series which saw Australia win in Indore but draw in Ahmedabad. Ahead of the Test Championship final, Green named Virat Kohli as the biggest threat to his team. "Virat Kohli. I think he always tries to stand up in the big moments. Obviously, the World Test Championship is a big opportunity, so I'm looking forward to it," he added.

In IPL 2023, the Mumbai team reached the playoffs and was eliminated after losing in the second qualifier. In such a situation, Cameron Green was the last player to join the team before the Test Championship final, but he believes that getting into the Test mindset from T20 is not difficult for him. He said that there is nothing like Test cricket when you are on the field. However, he admitted that there is pressure on you in a big match, but big players can handle it.
