According to the interim results of a survey conducted by the Cricket Supporters' Association, almost two-thirds of cricket supporters have not been able to enjoy the 100-ball tournament i.e. The Hundred. The Hundred, a tournament launched by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to attract new supporters to the game, has been voted the least popular of all formats of the game by survey participants.

As reported by The Cricketer, 62 percent of respondents said they found it "not enjoyable", while more than 11 percent said it was neither pleasant nor overly bad. Only 27 percent said they found it enjoyable. In comparison, 98 percent of the respondents said that they found Test cricket enjoyable. Only 1 percent said it was "not enjoyable".

The survey, which was partially funded by the ECB, took about 25 minutes to complete and was done 3,704 times. Other results of the survey found that only 10 percent of the respondents said they were satisfied with the current schedule, but 60 percent believed that there was too much cricket in the schedule. Even people have liked tournaments like County Championship and T20 Blast, but not The Hundred.
