Sunrisers Hyderabad has appointed Lara as the batting coach and Steyn as the bowling coach. Tom Moody will continue as the head coach of Hyderabad. The only batsman to score 400 runs in an innings in Test cricket, Lara has also been appointed as a strategic advisor by the franchise. Former Australia opener Simon Katich will play the role of assistant coach. Apart from this, former Indian cricketer, Hemang Badani will play the dual role of fielding coach and scout.
