With the victory of Sinar and Beretini in the ATP Cup, Italy kept alive their hopes of reaching the final four by beating France 3-0. Italy, who lost 2-1 to Australia, had a great performance against France. Siner beat Rinderknecht 6-2, 6-4 (6-3) and Beretini beat Humbert 6-4, 6-4 (6-4) to give Italy an unbeaten 3-0 lead.

The Beretini-Siner pair then went on to win 6-3, 6-6 (7-6), 10-2 against Martin and Roger-Vaseline.

Germany also beat the United States 3-1 in a bounceback after the defeat against Britain. Struff beat Eisner 6-3 (6-3), 6-4, 6-3, and Zverev beat Fitz 6-3, 6-3 to give Germany an unbeaten 2-0 lead. In the doubles, however, the Fitz-Eisner pair defeated Kravitz and Putz 6-0, 6-3, but the United States lost 1-2.

Canada beat Britain 3-1 in a comeback defeat to the United States 0-2. Dan Evans beat Shapovalov 6-4, 6-4 to give Britain a winning start. After that, Aliasim defeated Norie 6-2 (6-4), 6-3 to level the score at 1-1. In the end, Aliasim and Shapovalov defeated Canada 6-3, 6-1, beating Jamie Murray and Salisbury.Russia beat Australia 2-0 for the second consecutive victory. Safiullah defeated Duckworth 6-3 (6-4), 6-4. Medvedev beat Day Minar 6-2, 6-3. Medvedev-Safiullah defeated Pierce-Savile 6-3 (6-4), 6-4, 10-6 to give Russia a clean sweep victory. Russia had earlier beaten France 2-1.
