India has made it to the top 4 by beating Hong Kong. Suryakumar Yadav scored the highest unbeaten 68 runs in this match for India. While Virat Kohli also played brilliant innings of 59 not out.

Hong Kong team buried under mountain-like score

Batting first in the match, India had put 192 runs on the scoreboard for the loss of 2 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. In reply, the Hong Kong team could score only 152 runs in the allotted 20 overs for the loss of 5 wickets. Suryakumar Yadav scored 68 not out for Team India, while Virat Kohli returned unbeaten to the pavilion after scoring 59 runs.

While Babar Hayat scored 41 runs for Hong Kong. Babar faced 35 balls during his innings and hit 3 fours and 2 sixes. While KD Shah scored 30 runs. Zeeshan 26 not out, Scott 16 not out, and Aijaz Khan contributed 14 runs. However, he could not take his team to the threshold of victory.

Suryakumar Yadav, who played an explosive inning against Hong Kong, hit 6 fours and 6 sixes while batting at a strike rate of more than 264 during his innings of 68 runs. In such a situation, he has been adjudged the 'Player of the Match.

Suryakumar Yadav said, “I have pre-thought out some shots in my mind. This format is about what you think and how you prepare before going out to bat. Also, you have to live in the present. I thought the wicket was a bit slow. My plan was clear. My role was to go on the field and hit big shots. Just had to express me and that's what I liked."
