Cold wave will run in these states including Delhi-Punjab

The outbreak of the cold wave will start in these states. The Meteorological Department has forecast that till January 3, the period of the cold wave will continue in these areas. At the same time, the second coldest morning of the season was recorded in Delhi on Thursday morning with a minimum temperature of 3.4 degrees Celsius. Earlier on December 20, the mercury had dropped to 3.2 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature was recorded at 3.4 degrees below normal and the maximum temperature was recorded at 19.5 degrees Celsius, one degree below normal.
