Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has released the notification for the recruitment of Excise and Tax Inspector. According to the notice, there are a total of 107 vacancies for Excise and Tax Inspector. Online application for this recruitment is to be done online by visiting the PSSSB website. The online application for this recruitment will start on 23 May 2022. However, information about the last date of application has not been given yet.
Excise and Tax Inspector Recruitment 2022 Educational Qualification
For the post of Excise and Tax Inspector in Punjab, candidates should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline. Also, experience in information technology or desktop publishing applications in a personal computer or office productivity applications.
Age Limit for the post of Excise & Tax Inspector
Candidates' age should be minimum of 18 years and maximum age of 37 years. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in the upper age limit as per rules.
Selection Criteria
Candidates will be selected after a written test, interview, and document verification. Candidates are required to get at least 40 percent marks in the written examination. The written test will be objective type. The written examination will be 120 marks. There will also be negative markings in the exam. One-fourth mark will be deducted for a wrong answer.
