A golden opportunity has come for the tenth pass youths who are looking for employment opportunities in the Indian Army. The Western Command Headquarters of the Indian Army has invited applications for the Group C Civilian posts. The recruitment has been done for the post of Statistical Assistant including Barber, Chowkidar, Cook, Tradesman Mate, Washerman, and Safai Karmi. Youngsters who are interested in applying for these posts can send their applications to the Commandant of Jalandhar Cantt Military Hospital by June 29.
According to the Western Command Headquarters, the selected candidates will be posted in Military Hospital located at Ambala, Amritsar, Kasauli, Palampur, Yol, Jalandhar, Patiala, Bakloh, Shimla including Base Hospital Delhi. Apart from this, the candidates who are successful in the selection process will also be posted at SHO Jalandhar, Medical Headquarters Western Command, Military Hospital 172, Military Hospital 167, and Army Hospital RR. According to the need, changes can also be made to the deployment of the candidates.
Essential and Desirable Qualifications for Application
For the post of Statistical Assistant, Graduation with Economics, Statistics or Mathematics as a subject with two years experience in statistical work. Apart from this, the candidate should also be aware of the techniques related to numerical operations along with the knowledge of record machines. The essential qualification for all the posts other than Statistical Assistant is a 10th class pass. Apart from this, all the candidates should have good knowledge of their respective train and also one year wise.
