Here, first the husband harassed the wife for dowry and then when he was not satisfied with this, the accused gave triple talaq to the wife and threw her out of the house. After this, the accused husband put a condition of halala in front of the woman to keep her with him again. Troubled by all this, the woman lodged a complaint with the police and pleaded for justice.
Harassed for dowry
According to the information, this entire case is being reported from Mahalu area of Izzatnagar in Bareilly. The woman has accused her husband of giving triple talaq and throwing her out of the house and forcing her to do halala. In this case, the woman says that in the year 2019, she was married to a young man living in Raza Colony. After marriage, when she stepped into her in-laws' house for the first time, they started harassing her to bring dowry from her parents. They taunted the woman for not bringing a car in dowry and harassed her for this.
Gave triple talaq
The woman further alleged that when she opposed all this, her in-laws and husband started torturing her. The woman alleged that her husband gave her triple talaq on November 5 and beat her and threw her out of the house. Now the husband is pressurizing her for halala to call her back. The woman says that her husband wants her to do halala with his elder brother. The woman will have to have relations with some other man only then her husband will marry her again. In this case, the police have registered a report on the complaint of the woman against her husband and other in-laws.
