UP News: A shocking incident has come to light in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, where a nearly 30-year-old human skeleton has been found in the courtyard of a village house. The incident created a sensation in the area. The youngest son of the deceased, Punjabi Singh, alleged that his two elder brothers killed his father in 1994 and buried his body in the courtyard of the house. The incident came to light when the skeleton was recovered during excavation. Punjabi Singh claims that his father Budh Singh suddenly went missing in 1994 and never returned after that.
Sensation spread due to recovery of 30 year old human skeleton
The matter came to light when the youngest son Punjabi Singh filed a complaint in the office of Hathras District Magistrate (DM) Rohit Pandey, accusing his elder brothers of murder. Punjabi Singh said that his two elder brothers and a person from the village together killed his father and buried his body in the courtyard of the house. This incident is from Giloundpur village under Mursan police station area. After this complaint, on the orders of DM Pandey, the house was excavated in the presence of police on Thursday night, in which the skeleton was recovered.
Accused of murdering father, skeleton found during excavation
After finding the skeleton during the excavation, the police have sent it for post-mortem and DNA testing. Mursan police station in-charge Vijay Kumar Singh said that the complainant Punjabi Singh had lodged a complaint of his father's murder in the DM office, on the basis of which the excavation was done. The matter has become more serious after the skeleton was found after the excavation. Now further action will be taken on the basis of the DNA report. Police say that at present no formal FIR has been registered in this case and the investigation is going on.
DNA report will reveal the mystery
Complainant Punjabi Singh said that he was only 9 years old when his father was murdered. He said that in 1994, there was a dispute between his father and brothers over something, after which his father went missing. Since this incident, he suspected that his elder brothers had killed his father and buried the body in the house. However, for so many years he had not lodged any complaint about this, but now he gathered courage and informed the administration about this.

Budhh Singh, who was a farmer by profession, lived with his wife Urmila and four sons. The eldest of his sons is Pradeep, Mukesh, Bastiram and the youngest is Punjabi Singh. At the time of the incident, Punjabi Singh was only 9 years old, and he has now, at the age of 39, alleged that his father was murdered. In his complaint, Punjabi Singh also mentioned the place where he suspected his father was buried. The police are now waiting for the results of DNA tests to ascertain the further truth in the case.
