By Santosh Jangid- If you are a student of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) board or are planning to take admission in a CBSE-recognized school, then this news is very important for you, because recently the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted a surprise inspection of 27 schools in Rajasthan and Delhi, which revealed significant irregularities in compliance with attendance norms. The findings led to the cancellation of recognition of 21 schools and reduction of recognition of six others.
The main purpose of the inspection was to verify whether these institutions are following the affiliation and examination rules of CBSE, with special attention to the attendance of students. The inspection revealed that many students from class 9 to 12 are regularly absent.
CBSE has canceled the recognition of 21 schools for not following the attendance rules. Most of these schools had a large number of students from class 9th to 12th, who were found to be regularly absent in violation of CBSE norms.

P D Model Secondary School – Sultanpuri Road, Delhi
Siddharth Public School – Kanjhawl, Delhi
Rahul Public School – Rajiv Nagar Extension, Delhi
Bharti Vidya Niketan Public School – Chander Vihar, Delhi
USM Public Secondary. School – Nangloi, Delhi
R.D. International School – Baprola, Delhi
Heera Lal Public School – Madanpur Dabas, Delhi

Schools downgraded for non-compliance
Further, six schools were downgraded from senior secondary to secondary level due to repeated attendance problems and other violations.
