According to official sources, this recommendation has also been sent to DCGI for final approval.

It is being told that this application related to the emergency use of the vaccine was sent by Prakash Kumar Singh on 16 March. More data was sought on this in the expert panel meeting held in April. More information on this has also been made available by the company. The expert panel of DCGI has put its stamp on this. Now the final approval of DCGI is awaited on this. After this the company will get approval for the emergency use of the vaccine. After this, this vaccine will be administered to children through hospitals across the country.
